Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods and cosmetics, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return (only applicable for accessories and garments). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not offer product exchange. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If a product is returned you will be issued a store credit. When returning an item, you will be responsible for your own shipping cost of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please allow up to 7-14 business days to process and ship an order. Tracking You can find your tracking number by checking your emails for order notifications from the website, or by logging into your account and viewing your order for the latest tracking information. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

​Your appointments are very important to us. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes, schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for adjustments for your appointments and cancellations. In the event that you would need to cancel without a prior 48 hours notice, you will incur a cancellation fee of $25 (deducted from your deposit). You will be given another 24 hours to advise and if we have not heard from you by then and until your next appointment, you will be tagged as a "NO CALL NO SHOW CLIENT" and your full payment and whole deposit is forfeited.  All of our policies are designed to benefit our guests and to provide the best quality and tradition of excellent services for our established and future clientele.
